This L500 rated Essex firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team in Colchester.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Advising clients on freehold and leasehold properties, including lease extensions
  • Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and managing the exchange and completion process
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals
About you
  • Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
