Residential Conveyancer, 5+ years’ experience, North Yorkshire, £ Highly competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:1176

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad remit of residential property matters including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Take ownership of your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
• Apply strong technical expertise in freehold and leasehold properties, new builds and re-mortgages.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
