Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Winchester for an experienced Residential Conveyancer. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity for a self-sufficient conveyancer seeking a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and transfer of equity
• Handling transactions from instruction to completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (no NQs)
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
• CLC, SQE, or Legal Exec qualification preferred but not essential
