Overview

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - LOCUM, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, £35 -£45 PER HOUR, WEST MIDLANDS. A reputable firm is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team on a locum basis while they recruit for a permanent position. JOB REF: 1609

Responsibilities

• The appointed locum will handle their own caseload from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive office environment.
• This fully office based role offers the opportunity to join an established team, supported by a full time and a part time secretary with free on site parking, starting as soon as possible.
• The firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.

Requirements

• You will have strong client care and communication skills, and availability to commit to the full locum period of approximately 3–4 months.
