Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer (minimum 2 years' experience) to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team at our North Dorset offices in Shaftesbury. The role will ideally be on a full-time basis, or 30 hours per week minimum. Hybrid working available. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, award winning firm who are modern, friendly and ambitious; coupled with a down to earth approach.
You will be working as part of a great team in a role that will enable you to be challenged and grow, with strong administrative support provided.
In joining our client's established conveyancing team you will have a varied caseload which covers all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers of equity, along with the interesting challenges of dealing with properties in rural locations and property work flowing from our residential property department.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will be a competent residential property lawyer with a broad range of residential property experience and will be able to progress a diverse range of files confidently. We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer with competent legal skills, the ability to confidently deal with a broad caseload, and who is a people person with a positive, team‑focused approach. You will be used to working with case management systems, enjoy client contact, maintain regular updates for all parties, and thrive in a fast‑paced team.
