Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Salary: £30,000-£40,000
Location: Retford


About the Role and Firm:
CRA Consulting are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-service law firm with a strong presence in the Nottinghamshire area. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, the firm is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to its team at the Retford office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where you will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion. The firm is known for its client-focused approach and offers a stable, collaborative environment where you can thrive professionally.

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
  • Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactions
  • Ensuring all files are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Maintaining excellent client care and communication throughout the process


About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
  • Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • Professional, approachable and client-focused attitude
  • Confident working independently as well as part of a team
