The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancer into their City of London office, close to Liverpool Street.

You will work as part of a friendly, professional and dynamic conveyancing team. The department has strong ties with local mortgage brokers and good quality estate agents. Most of their work comes in from referrals which well demonstrates their commitment to quality.

You will deal with a broad conveyancing caseload, which will include high-value properties. The caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, ILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) with between 4-8 years PQE.
• You will have strong communication and team work qualities
• Salary is market leading, on offer is also a lucrative bonus structure allowing you to earn more through billings.
