Recruitment Professionals is working on behalf of a respected law firm in Birstall to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancer.

This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for a confident and experienced individual seeking to manage their own residential conveyancing caseload.

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The firm is seeking someone with solid technical knowledge and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
  • Maintaining accurate file management and documentation
Requirements
  • Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
  • CLC qualification preferred
