Are you passionate about helping young people have the best life possible? At Sylva Gardens, we work together to create a caring, supportive home for 3 children and young people up to the age of 18 with learning disabilities. We focus on each child’s needs, helping them build skills, independence, and a sense of belonging in their community.

We will be holding various information sessions via Teams, if you’re interested or want to know more, please reach out to us at Wecarewales@conwy.gov.uk where our Employment Mentor will guide you through the application process. We’re excited to meet you and support your journey.
