A residential childcare organization in Wales is seeking passionate individuals to join as Residential Childcare Workers Level 1. This entry-level position provides a chance to make a significant difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs. We are seeking dedicated Residential Childcare Workers level 1
Your role will be to ensure their physical, social, and emotional needs are met, and nurturing their holistic development whilst promoting resilience.
This position is part of a career pathway into children's residential care.
Residential Childcare Worker Level 1 Worker: You may not have a lot of experience but you’re passionate about making difference, open to new learning and want to build a career.
As a Level 1 Worker you will attend college and have the opportunity to work across our residential settings.
You will work alongside our experienced staff who will mentor and coach you.
On completing your qualification you will be automatically progressed to Level 2 Worker and work within one of our residential settings.
