A childcare organization in Lydney is seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker on a casual basis to provide care for young people in a residential home. This role offers flexibility with working hours and requires experience in childcare. Candidates must be qualified to QCF level 3 in Children and Young People and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A manual driving license is essential. Competitive pay includes sleep-in allowances.
Location: Lydney
Contract: Shift Pattern- ad-hoc cover
Salary: £13.56- £14.20 (dependent on qualification) per hour plus sleep in shifts when required

Based in a children's residential home you will be working with young people with challenging behaviour, and you will need to be flexible, resilient, honest and well organised, as well as committed to providing a high standard of childcare to help young people achieve the best possible outcomes.
