Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a residential home for children.
• Desirable: Assessing qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Desirable: Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Delivering teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring to apprentices.
• Leading a caseload of learners in achieving their apprenticeship.
• Providing feedback on evidence produced by learners.
