This service is hiring 3 x Residential Care Workers

The Home

Number of Beds : 2-bed home with 2 : 1 staffing OR 2 : 1 staffing arrangements

Type of YPs : EBD challenging behaviour emotional difficulties

Ratio of staff to children : High staffing ratios (2 : 1)

Mandatory Requirements (Role-Specific)

As this position is a Residential Support Worker role the following must be added :

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent.
• You have only Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience.

You require sponsorship no sponsorship available .

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
