RESIDENTIAL AV Project Manager - This new role is seeking an experienced AV project manager with an understanding of the design process, eager to work with a small, successful custom installation integrator. You will manage the initial system design brief from start to finish. An understanding of AV systems from the high-end residential sector is essential, along with experience delivering projects over $250k that can last up to 2 years. You should have an exceptional eye for detail and be a team player. Proficiency in project reporting, understanding timescales, and managing programme changes affecting costs is required. Previous experience working with UHNWI (end users), interior designers, M&E contractors, and design consultancies is necessary. The role demands technical knowledge of Crestron, Lutron, CONTROL4, high-end audio, and related switching/networking equipment.
