A local government organization in London is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to support the Major Works Team in engaging with tenants and managing refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and experience working in challenging customer environments. A hybrid working model is in place, requiring office attendance at least 3 days a week.
