Overview

Join a well-established social housing contractor with over 80 years of experience, specialising in planned capital works, cyclical decorations, major works and retrofit schemes. Working with some of the largest housing associations and councils.

This permanent role offers job security and all the tools you need to succeed, including a company vehicle and fuel card. With regular training opportunities and clear progression pathways, you'll be joining a team that genuinely invests in developing its people.

The Job

You'll work directly with residents, keeping them informed about construction projects affecting their homes. Acting as the vital link between residents and construction teams, you'll handle concerns, provide support, and ensure projects run smoothly on the ground. This is an active, people-focused role that combines excellent communication skills with meaningful career development in construction project support.

Coverage Area

You'll be working across Kent, covering Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas, travelling to meet residents and support construction projects in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Send letters and correspondence to residents about upcoming projects
  • Visit properties to offer advice, support and address concerns

Essential Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience with ability to handle conversations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage varied workload

Working Pattern
