The successful candidate will lead on the promotion and delivery of the Resident Involvement Strategy at a regional level, supporting residents to engage with a wide menu of opportunities.

They will co‑ordinate, facilitate, and deliver resident involvement activities, including resident‑led scrutiny of services, while evidencing the value and positive impact of engagement on service delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact, they will drive collaboration with regional and customer‑focused teams, manage enquiries, maintain accurate data and reporting, and champion innovative involvement opportunities. The successful candidate will also lead the digital resident involvement agenda, ensuring residents have accessible and diverse channels to participate.
