As a Resident Engineer, your core responsibility will revolve around conducting planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on behalf of our clients. • Accurately record all reactive and PPM tasks, ensuring detailed documentation is completed and signed off by the client weekly.
• Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to guarantee safe working practices.
• Effectively supervise subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
