A leading healthcare provider is looking for Resident Doctors in Oncology for part-time roles in London. Responsibilities include managing inpatient medical care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Candidates must hold GMC registration, complete Foundation Training, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. While we are a Consultant-led service, we believe in empowering our Resident Doctors, meaning your role can expand as much as you wish. You’ll have opportunities to be involved in audits, projects and quality improvement initiatives, alongside the option to join a variety of internal networks.
This could include helping to shape the services you deliver through speaking up forums, patient satisfaction focus groups, clinical governance or MDT meetings.
