We’re looking for an energetic, organised and guest‑focused Reservations, Meetings & Events Agent to join our crew at the dual‑branded Moxy & Residence Inn Slough! If you love helping guests, enjoy fast‑paced days, and want to build your career in hotel commercial operations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handle daily incoming reservations, groups, and event enquiries
  • Update bookings, confirmations and rooming lists with accuracy
  • Coordinate event details and ensure smooth handover to the operations team
  • Assist in managing group allocations and tracking pick‑up
  • Maintain the M&E diary and support with meeting room set‑up information
  • Help prepare weekly commercial and operations communication
  • Build positive relationships with clients, agents and travel partners
  • Support with system updates, data entry and Opera maintenance
  • Arrange and host property show rounds when required
  • Work closely with the Reservations, M&E Manager on rate loading, proposals and client follow‑up
  • Proactively spot upsell opportunities and support revenue growth

This is a hands‑on role focused on coordination, communication, and accuracy — perfect for someone developing their commercial career.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organiser with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a lively, fast‑paced environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
  • Opera PMS knowledge (preferred, not essential)
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience
