Location : Exeter Head Office - Full Time

Hours : 40 hours Monday-Friday + Saturday shift rota

Salary : £25,479.83 per annum

The Role

You will be a valued member of a team, providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our branches and customers. You will be creating an exceptional experience for customers, whilst building trusting relationships and handling queries with confidence to provide all National Account customers with a dedicated vehicle hire reservation service.
