Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co‑create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Is this the role for you?

Paramount Global Content Distribution is expanding its Research team. We are looking for a strategic quantitative and qualitative research & data insights Manager to join an experienced, passionate group that supports the distribution and monetization of the Paramount content globally on all platforms: Television (Free TV, Pay TV), Streaming (SVOD, AVOD, FAST), Transactional (PVOD, TVOD).

This is a hands‑on role blending analytical skills, organization excellence, creative problem‑solving, and outstanding communication. You will support research initiatives that empower sales teams across key territories including Canada, LATAM, APAC, and International Streaming, delivering insights that drive business decisions. A passion for video content and curiosity about audience behaviour are key.

The position will report to the Research Director (located in London) and will collaborate with Global Content Distribution and International Media Networks colleagues, and other internal research teams and vendors.

What will you be doing?
  • Support Global Content Distribution teams across Canada, LATAM, APAC and International Streaming, developing data‑driven solutions to support sales efforts.
  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from third‑party and internal sources.
  • Provide impactful analytics on our content and in the competitive universe in various programming genres (Feature Films, Scripted Series, Unscripted Series, Children’s programming).
  • Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, such as weekly tracking of series performance in key markets and monthly territory reports.
  • Create and update sales support materials often in coordination with the Marketing team.
  • Participate in elaborating surveys and consumer insights projects with Transactional, Content Licensing and International Media Networks support in mind.
  • Explore innovation in reporting, automation, AI, and visualization tools to create dynamic dashboards and storytelling formats.
  • Monitor global and territory trends in audience behavior, platform evolution, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts.
What are we looking for?
  • Exhibits a passion for video content (TV, Streaming, Film) and for entertainment in general, with a strong interest in consumer behavior. You watch countless hours of content and enjoy talking about it.
  • Be an expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Tableau and have experience with audience measurement platforms (Nielsen, ITVR, Techedge, Yougov Signal etc…)
  • Be curious, detail‑oriented, and have an exceptional ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm, proactivity and agility in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automations, and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and insights delivery.
  • Familiarity with data science is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Previous experience in media/entertainment research.
