Job description

Research Manager - Quantitative Research – High Quality Insights Consultancy

£42,000 to £52,000 + Benefits

Central London (Office / Hybrid)

If you are a Research Manager who believes in yourself and wants to make the most out of your career, this London-based insights consultancy with global reach is the place to fulfil your potential.

This is a company that has enjoyed consistent and has built a strong and resilient business. They are keen to add a Research Manager to the quant team. You should be comfortable running your own projects, able to play a major role by supporting more senior team members on larger ones, whilst also helping juniors to grow, develop and thrive. These are skills you will quickly develop further whilst adding new ones to enable you to grow and progress.

This is a full-service consultancy where the quant and qual teams work exclusively and collaboratively with clients depending on the project requirements, so you will be working on quant only and integrated studies. Close, long-term client relationships are clearly demonstrated by repeated award nominations and wins, resulting in high-quality, consultative pieces that converge different pieces of research to produce holistic, harmonised stories.

They deliver quantitative research that is engaging, creative and insightful whilst also being rigorous and robust. In order to deliver this, the team balances core quantitative expertise with creativity and strategic thinking, which enables them to drive growth for their clients. They run a wide spectrum of projects, both in the UK and internationally, for some of the biggest household names, through to niche clients and tech unicorns. You will get the opportunity to work on a good mix of ad-hoc and tracking projects for clients across a range of sectors.

There is a commitment to providing a positive working environment, including an innovative internal training academy and a busy social calendar, all ensuring this company is an exciting place to be. For those looking to inject their energy, drive and passion into their career, this is definitely a role to talk to us about.
