Job description

Research and Knowledge Exchange Coordinator

London College of Communication (LCC), part of University of the Arts London (UAL), is seeking a proactive and highly organised Research and Knowledge Exchange (RKE) Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term basis.

This role is central to supporting the development and dissemination of research-led knowledge exchange activities across the College, working closely with academics, students, and external partners.

You will play a key role in coordinating projects, events and facilitating collaborations that advance LCC’s research and knowledge exchange culture and social purpose strategy. From organising research-led KE activities to supporting consultancy and collaborative projects, you’ll help ensure our work has meaningful impact within the College and the wider community.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team environment and make a difference through research-led knowledge exchange initiatives that address current social issues.

About you

You will bring significant experience in administrative roles supporting RKE or HEI teams, with strong skills in managing information, budgets, and reporting. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you excel at planning events and coordinating complex projects while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Your communication skills—written, verbal, and digital—enable you to engage effectively with diverse audiences, from academics and students to external partners. You are confident working with data, producing analytical reports, and using your initiative to solve problems creatively. Experience in liaising with high-level industry contacts and organising internal and external events is essential.

A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, alongside an enthusiasm for collaborative working, will ensure your success in this role.
