This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about using research and evaluation to shape decision-making and improve outcomes for local people and places.

About The Role

This role will work closely with the Research and Evaluation Lead to:

• Design and deliver high-quality research and evaluation projects that inform strategy, policy, and service delivery.
• Translate data and insight into accessible evidence that drives learning and improvement.
• Inspire and support colleagues to understand and embed the use of research and evaluation in their work.
• Work collaboratively with external partners; and maximise external funding opportunities.

The role will also contribute to, and promote, the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Local Authority Research Practitioner (LARP) national network. LARPs are committed to promoting the benefits of evidence-led decision making in Local Authorities.
