  • Acting as a key point of contact between operatives, subcontractors, and management.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across repairs services and site operations.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience within repairs, maintenance, or construction environments.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site standards.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Social housing experience (desirable but not essential).
Qualifications
  • A valid CSCS card or a Level 3 construction-related qualification (essential).
  • Additional trade or supervisory qualifications would be advantageous.
