A leading housing association is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to join their Exeter office. The full-time role involves carrying out surveys and property inspections, overseeing subcontracted repairs, and ensuring high standards. Candidates should have strong knowledge of building standards and excellent customer care skills. Essential qualifications include HNC in Surveying or equivalent. We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Surveyor to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time, 39 hour per week, vacancy based out of our Exeter office. This field-based role involves frequent travel across Devon & Cornwall as well as some travel across Dorset.
The overall purpose of the role is to carry our surveys and property inspections, oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes.
