Job summary

A growing organisation in Greater London is seeking a Repairs Planner to manage scheduling and execution of repair tasks. You will be responsible for effectively allocating work to operatives and managing customer communications to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in social housing repairs and strong organisational skills. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience within social housing and repairs/maintenance.
• Previous experience in planning and scheduling jobs using a planning system.
• Strong understanding of trades and repair works typically carried out by direct labour staff or subcontractors.
• Knowledge of work-in-progress reduction, jeopardy planning, further works management, and extensions of time.
• Awareness of trade job durations and scheduling requirements.

• Diagnose and understand repair requests, taking ownership to identify needs and deliver suitable solutions.

Job Title: Repairs Planner • Contract: Temp to Perm • Salary: £16.91 per hour (Umbrella Rate) • Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Office-Based full time
