Core Responsibilities
- Organise and monitor the collection of devices requiring repair, including arranging for the safe and efficient transportation of all items.
- Organise and monitor the collection of courtesy loan devices, coordinating with the Repair Technician – Courtesy loan for safe and efficient transportation.
- Collect devices from Goods‑In, unbox and arrange them on designated shelves while maintaining accurate tracking.
- Accurately record all necessary details of received devices in the business system for traceability.
- Prepare completed repairs and courtesy loan devices for safe transit and organise worldwide shipments, while maintaining an understanding of non‑GB shipping requirements.
- Prepare faulty Original Manufacturer Equipment (OME) for safe transit and organise worldwide shipments, ensuring compliance with non‑GB shipping requirements.
- Process Repair Request forms into the business system, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of all repair requests.
- Record returned trade‑in devices according to company specifications, ensuring clear and accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Manage the shared inbox by filtering and ensuring all emails are responded to promptly and not overlooked.
- Coordinate the secure storage and compliant disposal of batteries and WEEE in line with applicable regulations.
Organisational Responsibilities
- Uphold and actively support our client’s Quality Management System (QMS), contributing to continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Support the company’s sustainability goals through responsible working practices and consideration of environmental impacts in day‑to‑day activities.
- Actively support the purpose of empowering people with disabilities through assistive technology, ensuring that all work contributes to improving user experience and accessibility.
- Handle personal and sensitive information in line with company policies, GDPR, HIPAA and data protection regulations.
- Follow all health and safety policies and promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace for team members and customers.
- Maintain high standards of conduct, professionalism, and integrity in all internal and external interactions.
