The position requires previous insurance experience and confidence using Acturis. Renewals Executive

Location: Leicester

Employment type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £40,000 pa depending on experience

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal process from start to finish, reviewing policies, preparing terms, speaking with clients about renewal options, processing adjustments, and ensuring accurate updates on Acturis.
• Act as the main point of contact during renewals, offering guidance, answering queries, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous experience within insurance and comfortable using Acturis day‑to‑day.
• Proactive approach, great attention to detail, confidence building positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in renewals or a similar insurance role.
• Confidence using Acturis.
• Enjoys speaking with clients and providing a high level of service.
• Can juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure.
