Job description

As a Renewables Project Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of energy efficiency and retrofit projects under schemes such as ECO, Warm Homes Local Grant, and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. You'll manage projects from lead acceptance through to post‑installation compliance, working closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role ensures projects run smoothly from lead acceptance through to post‑installation compliance, working closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will also book retrofit assessments, insulation surveys, and technical surveys and liaise with Retrofit and Compliance coordinators for final checks.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • You have experience of being a highly organised Project Coordinator.
  • You have strong experience of renewables and retrofit projects.
  • ECO experience is desirable, along with knowledge of PAS 2035 standards.
  • You have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking systems.
  • You are able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment to meet deadlines.
