Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in web optimisation and technical fundamentals.
• Strong data literacy for generating insights and running experiments.
• Experience working with Paid Media, SEO, Brand, and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear, prioritised roadmap for web improvements.
• Own execution of the web roadmap, including homepage optimisation.
• Manage the CRO experiment program end-to-end.
• Champion web performance metrics and improvements.
• Identify and reduce technical debt in publishing workflows.
