Qualifications

• Experience hiring engineers in-house or in an embedded recruitment model.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders or tech founders.
• Understanding of the French engineering talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end hiring for engineering roles across France.
• Build strong relationships and understand technical requirements.
• Proactively source backend, frontend, data, infrastructure, and platform engineers.
