Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with implementation experience.
• Experience in delivering TPSM, FSM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD projects.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.

• Translating complex business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Supporting pre-sales activities including proposals and presentations.
• Defining integrations across ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Guiding teams in design, development, and deployment of solutions.
