Do you design & build solid websites in Python? Are you insanely passionate about your craft and experienced in agile development? Interested in working with an exciting young startup? Then we would like to talk to you.

Scurri is a young but highly ambitious startup based in Ireland. Our product makes delivery simple for online retailers by providing a delivery management solution via our UI and API, which has been extremely well received by our (paying!) customers. We support hundreds of thousands of transactions, have experienced strong growth and we have converged on a solid business model. We are funded by some very experienced investors with an amazing track record.

What we need:

We’re looking for an experienced developer to join our talented self organising remote development team helping us build and scale our product.

How we work:

We have our planning meetings on a Monday, using an online kanban to manage flow & Slack keeps us all connected throughout the week!

What we’re looking for:

• A Craftsperson who is willing to share, collaborate and help others grow
• 5+ years experience with Python (our platform is based on Django, by the way)
• Strong working knowledge of GIT, automated unit and acceptance testing tools and practices, and continuous integration
• Experience in working with Agile teams as developer: we use just-in-time prioritisation with Kanban but experience in Scrum isdesirable too
• Devops experience highly advantageous
• Excellent English and communication skills essential
• Willing to travel occasionally to meet your peers face-to-face and say hello
