Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Solid understanding of UK and Ireland payroll regulations and processes.
• Proven experience in system maintenance and support using a ticketing system.
• Strong technical knowledge in customizing and testing across HCM Modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide practical solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for payroll-related issues, including troubleshooting.
