A major UK house builder is seeking a Remote Regional Health and Safety Manager to oversee compliance with safety policies across multiple divisions. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Health and Safety Advisor or Manager preferred, ideally in construction.
  • Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Support, train, and monitor sites for adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and provide reports.

Skills

Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
IT literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good planning and organizational abilities
Integrity and ability to build positive relationships

Education

NVQ 5 Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
Membership of IOSH or working towards it
