Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding.
• Source and headhunt talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines.
• Promote the employer brand and social media presence.

Skills

Passion for education and care of children with SEN

At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter

Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques

Comfortable with data and talent systems

Strong relationship building skills

Tenacity and drive
