Qualifications

• Evidence of successfully driving growth through sales delivery, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience of line managing a team in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the development of the Relationship Management/Recruitment teams.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of the Mortgage & Protection Network plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leading advice firms.
