Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Microsoft D365 FSCM HR Lead Functional Consultant. The successful candidate will engage in D365 Finance and AX implementation projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and managing consultant teams. Key responsibilities include evaluating business processes, transforming client requirements into functional specifications, and leading small projects. A strong background in ERP systems, particularly D365 HR, along with relevant qualifications, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience on at least 3-4 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Must have good hands-on experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Eligibility for Security Clearance – (NPPV 3 level) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand business processes and prepare detailed business requirements.
• Convert customer requirements to functional specifications.
• Lead other consultants in delivering client expectations.
