Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Kerberos Security Consultant with active SC clearance for an initial 6-week remote contract. Responsibilities include conducting Active Directory security assessments, managing privileged accounts, and ensuring compliance with best practices. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, and PAM/PIM, along with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Active Directory / Entra, Group Policy, Kerberos, and hybrid identity.
• Strong knowledge of PAM / PIM and secure authentication protocols.
• Proven experience applying NCSC guidance and Microsoft best practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical review of Active Directory environment.
• Evaluate service accounts and recommend controls for securing Privileged Access Workstations.
• Provide input for summary and technical reporting.
