• Previous experience in installing & servicing fire and security systems.
• Broad technical IT knowledge and electrical principles.
• Comfortable working irregular hours on a call rota.

Responsibilities

• Attend to maintenance calls as directed.
• Rectify faults on the first visit where possible.
• Conduct preventative maintenance visits.
• Maintain accurate records and site configurations.
• Provide training to customers and colleagues.
