Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality workshop delivery across commercial programmes.
• Support learners in passing their exams on time.
• Maintain technical knowledge for the best learner experience.
• Work with workshops team to align delivery with learner journeys.
• Collaborate with Product team on content evolution.
• Continue pedagogical development to maintain high teaching standards.
• Maximise business development opportunities with Client Success team.
• Deliver high-quality bespoke training aligned to commercial needs.

Skills

Comprehensive Financial Services experience

CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

Understanding of vocational qualifications including Apprenticeships

Confident in the creation and delivery of learning material/workshops

Experience of working within a regulatory environment (Ofsted/ESFA, CII)

Excellent written communication, administration and time-management skills

Enthusiastic individual who delivers energising training sessions

Student-centric with a genuine passion for education

Good influencing/motivating skills

Flexibility to support delivery outside of normal hours
