• Approximately 5 years of experience in shared service design for Finance & Procurement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of Finance & Procurement service models.
• Collaborate with the End-User Forum for service designs.
• Assist in developing SOPs and support quality assurance.
