A growing financial services firm in the UK is seeking a Finance Manager / Management Accountant to lead forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis. You will support budgeting cycles and strengthen financial control to enhance operational performance. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and Xero. This role offers a salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum and allows remote work with occasional office visits in North Wales or North West England.

Qualifications

• Recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Proven experience of financial planning, reporting and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, cashflow monitoring and long-term planning.
• Produce management accounts, variance analysis and performance insights.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and coach non-financial managers.
• Implement dashboards and reporting tools to enhance performance visibility.
