Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments following End Point Assessment plan.
• Upload reports from assessments in a timely manner.
• Prepare for assessments and identify gaps in apprentices' KSBs.
• Build rapport with apprentices to optimize performance.
• Maintain hands-on CPD and knowledge in welding.
• Represent the company professionally during assessments.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR practices.
