Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of national Distribution Safety Rules (DSRs).
• Proven ability to develop engineering standards within an asset management environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Electrical Safety Management System.
• Develop and continuously improve company policies and engineering standards.
• Lead the assessment and authorisation for competent persons on the electricity distribution network.
• Liaise with ICPs for authorisations and asset adoption.
• Support the Engineering Team to ensure health and safety compliance.
