Qualifications

• Minimum of 450 supervised practice hours post-qualification is required.
• Full accredited membership of a recognised professional body is needed.
• Experience with a variety of clients and clinical presentations.
• Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide goal-focused therapeutic support to individuals contacting the service.
• Triage assessment to determine best pathway.
• Assess clients' needs and provide immediate telephone crisis counselling.
• Maintain appropriate records of all therapeutic activity.
