Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced CTO to shape the technology vision for their platform while managing and scaling a globally distributed engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling engineering organizations, delivering AI-driven products, and experience in startup environments. Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering leadership, including CTO or VP of Engineering roles.
• Proven track record in fast-paced startups, ideally in B2B or SaaS AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of US and European markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technology vision and architecture.
• Lead and grow a high-performing, globally distributed engineering team.
• Drive hands-on technical leadership when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Client Delivery teams.
