Job summary

A local authority is seeking a Locum Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to provide legal advice across multiple areas, including contracts and public procurement law. Qualifications

• Experience in Contracts and Public procurement law required.
• Local authority background preferred.
• Ability to provide legal advice across various directorates.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients across all directorates.
• Work across multiple legal practice areas including Company Law and Employment.
• Undertake advocacy in Employment Tribunals and committees.
• Conduct legal research to maintain updated legal knowledge.
• Support legal officers in the Commercial and Governance Team.
